Are you ready to Think Pink?

If you aren't already aware, the WBCA is sponsoring the Pink Zone games again this season. When flipping through the channels you may have run across some of these games on TV. The crowd is all in pink, the players have pink ribbons, pink shoes, sometimes even pink jerseys.

Charleston Southern is holding their own Pink Zone game, this Saturday at 5:30 p.m. as the Lady Buccaneers take on Radford. With just a $5 donation, you can get your own pair of pink Crocs, and Bruster's will be out selling ice cream, with their proceeds going to help support the cause.

All of this is done to continue to bring awareness to the reality that is breast cancer. Most of us know someone who has been affected by this, and CSU is trying to do its part to help raise awareness and also money for cancer research.

Make your plans to wear pink and attend the women's basketball game, Saturday, Feb. 21 at 5:30 p.m. Then stick around and watch the men's team take on Presbyterian immediately following as the second-half of the double-header.
